Terms of Service

• No Medical Advice: The Services, including any insights, AI-generated content, symptom tracking, or wellness dashboards, are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using RIJI Health does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
• Emergencies: Never use the Services in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, diet, or treatment plans based on information obtained through the Services.

The Services utilize artificial intelligence, language models, and automated data pipelines to generate insights based on the data you provide.

• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: While we strive for high-quality data processing, AI-generated outputs can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• Verification Required: You agree not to rely solely on automated insights for health-related decisions and assume full responsibility for verifying any AI-generated information with qualified healthcare professionals.
• Probabilistic Outputs: Language-model outputs are probabilistic in nature. The same query may produce different responses, and outputs may reflect limitations or biases present in underlying training data.
• No Critical Reliance: AI outputs must not be relied upon for critical medical decisions, including starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment.

To access certain features, you must register for an account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You agree not to:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying AI architectures of the Services.
2. Use the Services to train other machine learning models or AI systems.
3. Input false, misleading, or malicious data that could compromise platform integrity.
4. Attempt to bypass or breach any security or authentication measures.
5. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
6. Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Services, or access the Services by automated means other than our documented APIs.
7. Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties on a commercial basis without our prior written consent.

The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and devices you choose to connect, such as Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, and wearable sensors.

• Your Authorization: Integrations activate only with your explicit authorization and can be revoked at any time through your device or account settings.
• Independent Terms: Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
• Data Flow: Data received from authorized integrations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By You: You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Deletion of your data follows the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or where required by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RIJI Health, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Services or your account.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIJI Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our negligence or breach of these Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

• Global Users: If you access the Services from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and remain responsible for compliance with local laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.
• Informal Resolution First: Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow 30 days for good-faith negotiation to resolve any dispute.

Where you download our applications from an app marketplace, the following additional terms apply:

• Apple App Store: These Terms operate as an End User License Agreement between you and RIJI Health only — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support and is not responsible for any product claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce these Terms against you.
• Google Play: Your use of applications downloaded from Google Play must additionally comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Health App Policies: Our applications are operated consistently with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1 and the Google Play policies applicable to health and medical apps.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RIJI Health regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements on that subject.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to notice as described in our Privacy Policy.
